Διαθέτει αυτόνομες μεζονέτες μοντέρνα επιπλωμένες και πλήρως εξοπλισμένες, με απεριόριστη θέα στο μεσσηνιακό κόλπο. Οι μεζονέτες του AVIA διαθέτουν κήπο και βεράντα, με θέα στην θάλασσα. Δωρεάν WiFi υπάρχει σε όλους τους χώρους της ιδιοκτησίας.
