Property information

Being to Elia Villas you will first feel that you are flying above the calmness of the blue sea, that you can easily touch and feel the crystal clear sea water, that you are getting one with the nature's dynamic energy. The location is such unique. Without being isolated, in a very short proximity to main road and public facilities you feel that you escape yourself into the purity of the Greek nature. Olive trees, pines and the smell and sound of the sea is a great combination for relaxation and refreshing of mind. The beach is just few steps away from the garden without any road or busy interruption in between. The pool is available from April to October for swimming and all year round for sunbathing and relaxation. Both two villas are designed in such a way as to provide the best possible comfort for people living in. Ensuite bedrooms, big spaces for dinning and chatting, BBQ facilities, smart TVs and great landscape. We are waiting you to our small paradise!!

Neighbourhood information

Elia Villas are situated 7 km away from Nikiti and 7km away from Neos Marmaras. Big supermarkets, shops, butchers, pharmacy, doctors can be found into both villages. The distance is not more than 6-7min driving. Apart from the great beach in front of the villas, in a very short proximity you can find Akti Kalogria, Akti Spathies, Akti Lagomandra, Akti Agios Ioannis, Akti Kastri and many more that boost to have the best beach and sea quality. Do not miss them!
