ΑΠΟ 15.06. έως 15.09 χρήση κοινόχρηστης πισίνας του 1ου συγκροτήματος απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο της μεζονέτας/ χρήση κήπου ισογείου με τραπεζοκαθίσματα 25τ.μ. με Θέα στη Θάλασσα και μπαλκόνι 1ου ορόφου με Θέα στη Θάλασσα( μεζονέτα), Βρίσκεται πάνω σε λοφίσκο ανήκει στο 1ο από τα τρία συγκροτήματα "Ναυτίλος" αμέσως μετά το αμφιθέατρο εκδηλώσεων του οικισμού της Σίβηρης, Κασάννδρας Χαλκιδικής.
Απλότητα, καθαριότητα και ομορφιά,-Αρμονία
Εκατέρωθεν της δικής μου μεζονέτας υπάρχουν 2 άλλες μεζονέτες, η μία στο ίδιο ύψος με τη δική μου (δεξιά) και εκείνη αριστερά σε χαμηλότερο ύψος, οπότε υπάρχει απρόσκοπτη θέα στη θάλασσα. Διατηρείται ωράριο κοινής ησυχίας 3-6 μ.μ. Η περιοχή, το ψαροχώρι της Σίβηρης διαθέτει καταστήματα εστίασης, αναψυχής, πλατιές ακρογiαλές, καθαρή θάλασσα με μεγάλη ποικιλία ακτογραμμής, διαθέτει σε απόσταση 3Khm Κέντρο υγείας μέσα στη χώρα της Κασσανδρείας. Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογένειες καθώς υπάρχει κεντρικό πάρκινγκ μέσα στο χωριό και όχι κατά μήκος της παραλίας.
