Stay in the absolute centre of N. Peramos when you book the sunny & bright apartment 99, half a minute walking distance from the beach, with a magnificent panoramic sea view. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a block of flats, accessible by stairs only, on the main street of N. Peramos, Nikis street and at the number 99 of it. It consist of one separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully renovated at 2018 bathroom, a living room with a traditional fireplace and a sofa that can be turned into bed, and a sunny and spacious dining room. It can host up to 4 guests and a child. We can provide you an extra baby bed and a mattress. The space is clean and practical, with free Wi-Fi connection, flat-screen TV, air-condition, DVD player, a small but nice movie archive as well as some beach accessories. It is located within restaurants, markets, bars and everything that can give you a pleasant stay and beautiful holidays. You‘ll be in the center of it all. We think that it is perfect for couples and families. Note that due to the central location of the apartment, noise levels from the street by the peak hours may be annoying for some guests, however this is rarely a problem.

N . Peramos is full of restaurants, traditional greek tavernas, and bars. In few seconds or minutes you can go to some beautiful beaches as the Peramos beach, Ammolofi beach Vrasidas beach and others (some of them are quiet and some of them is full of beach bars, especially the Ammolofi beach). In few minutes you can travel to the beautiful historical city of Kavala where you can have a really beautiful walk on the old city part or eat on some elegant or traditional restaurants. Ammolofi beach is about 3 km from the apartment while Kavala city is 18 km, Drama city is 49 km and the ancient theatre of Philippi is 30 km away. The nearest airport is "Megas Alexandros" Airport (Kavala city),is about 50 km from the property. Don't hesitate to ask as in order to give you more specific information. We are waiting to meet you.
