I enjoy meeting new people and that is why I have chosen hosting as my main occupation. I have studied marketing and I am the owner of two villas in Karteros Aris Palace and Stratos Palace. I am also the owner of Beachside Studios Renata Mare in Chersonisos. I am also a true lover of music and a bass guitar player in a local band in Heraclion.

Property information

™Aris Palace is surrounded by fields and olive groves with views out over the countryside. This villa is 300 m² indoors and the whole space is about 1000 m² with private pool, garden, private parking and a build in barbecue. Located in a quiet area, outside Elia village, on a hillside and situated inland , it is the perfect choice for families and groups wanting to get away from it all living at the same time a luxury experience. Aris Palace is located in the center of Crete so if you and your family want to explore the island , the location of the villa is ideal for such an adventure. Our villa is fully secured with big walls all around the house and a main gate entrance. There is also an alarm system installed in the building and with each booking, guests will receive a unique personal code of their choice. This code will be deleted upon each check out You will have 100% privacy! Since you book the villa, you and your friends / family only, will be in the building. I will be visiting the villa only once per week to clean the pool. For stays exceeding 10 days, I offer complimentary fresh linen and towels upon request, once a week. If you need room cleaning by our cleaning service, please inform us, as this service incurs an additional charge. A car is highly recommended since there is no public transit *The photos that you see are not enhanced with any software

I love the clean air, the sea and mountain view ... The best place to relax and enjoy holidays. Close to Karteros for nightlife and also close to Elia village for people who want to experience the traditional way of living to crete. Chersonisos and Malia are also close for people who want x-treme nightlife. There is also a waterpark really close to the villa . Please see the driving distances
