An urban boho escape with oriental influences, ideal for city adventurers, business travellers, larger groups or individuals who are seeking for a get away in one of the most interesting areas of Athens. Centrally located, surrounded by parks and sports facilities, walking distance from Stavros Niarchos Foundation and only 5-10 minutes drive from the historic center of Athens as well as the famous Athenian Riviera. Spacious, bright and fully equipped in a neighbourhood that has everything.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the trendy and vibrant area of Nea Smyrni (mentioned by the Guardian as one of the best neighbourhoods among Europe) and although the apartment and the neighbourhood offer serenity, it is walking distance from the car-free Nea Smyrni Square and its market, walking distance from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation and Cultural Center, 5-10 minute drive or taxi ride from the historical center of Athens as well as the famous Athenian Riviera and seconds away from most communal transport. Centrally located yet quiet with plenty of convenience stores around it as well as sports complex and facilities.
