A unique small villa, restored and meticulously designed. Just 6 km from the famous Ammolofi beach. It includes a beautiful garden, with a patio, barbeque surrounded by serenity and calm, among the trees and grass. Inside you can find luxurious bedrooms with restored wooden floors, bringing warmth and relaxation. Ample closet space in all the rooms. The facility includes 2 luxurious bathrooms, the one exclusive to the Master Bedroom. Also included, a kitchen with full amenities, dinner table, as well as a loving room with a flat screen tv, netflix and satellite tv. A cosy outside living area is stationed in the balcony. Wifi is free, and reaches throughout the property. Parking is ample and also free inside the property.
Right next to the property you can find a mini market, as well as 2 cafes, and a tavern. Within small driving distance you have choices of supermarkets, cafeterias, beach bars and restaurants.
