Our property is a fully equipped beach house located literally right on the sea – just 20 steps and you’re in the water! It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area on the beach of Vrasna, yet still very close to the town center, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and shops. The interior features a clean, modern design with warm decorative touches to make you feel at home. The house offers all essential amenities (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, spacious terrace with sea view) to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is perfect for families, couples, or friends who want to relax and enjoy the sea and calm surroundings. As hosts, we take personal care of your hospitality and are always available to assist you with anything you may need. Our goal is to make you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrive.

Our neighborhood is truly unique and offers visitors a wonderful variety of options within walking distance. Just 100 to 150 meters away, you’ll find beautiful beaches with beach bars, traditional taverns, cozy cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, and pastry shops. The location is ideally situated between Asprovalta and Stavros — about 3 km from each — and only one hour from Thessaloniki. The impressive Alistrati Cave is also just a 45-minute drive away. We’re confident you’ll love the area as much as we do!
