A unique modern country style attic (52 square meters), right in the heart of Preveza, within 3-minutes walking distance from the down town historical center and major spots of the town. Our picturesque attic, a country style and cozy, bright place, for anyone who, when traveling, actually wants to experience Preveza like a local. The whole place will be reserved just for you. Fast wi-fi and air-conditioning available! The attic has been recently arranged with love to a unique place, where wooden ceiling with skylight windows prevail. Great for couples, families (children from 0 age), friends, or business people who work on local projects. Lefkada island is within a 20 minute drive, so the home is perfectly located for daily excursions to the island! Parga is also accessible within a 50 minute drive.
Our guests can contact us anytime. We will always be at your disposal for more information, through Booking app. We will provide you with a guestbook and maps, found in the attic, with recommended places of historic, cultural interest, places to eat, drink, that we ourselves love to visit in Preveza. Us, Ioanna and Maximos, or friends/family will help you with anything you will need, without disturbing you. Upon request for longer stays (more than 30 nights)
The attic is found in the centre of the town; however, it is located in a residential area, quiet, without traffic and noise. You can park easily and free of charge in front of the house or around the block. The attic is located within a 3-minute drive from the main bus station that connects Preveza with distant locations. It is also within a 4-minute walk on foot from the town's marine. Aktion International Airport is within a 12-minute drive from the house.
