Joyanne is a renovated Cycladic house of 51 sqm in the heart of the traditional settlement of Parikia, which stands out for its modern, romantic and Cycladic elements. It is located on a beautiful and quiet alley, just a few steps from the walking streets of Parikia, with all the shops, restaurants and picturesque cafes. Joyanne viu offers tranquility while all the sights are within walking distance such as the Frankish Castle, churches and the seafront with its wonderful sunsets.
We, Blueviu, are a vacation rental agency based in Paros with an on the ground team. We are happy to personally welcome you to handover the keys and show you the place.
Its great advantage is the tranquility it offers, combined with the fact that all the sights in Parikia are within walking distance. The Frankish Castle, the churches, the shops and of course the seafront with all the restaurants, bars, cafes and magnificent sunsets are just a couple of minutes away. 5-minute walk from Parikia port 18-minute walk to Livadia beach 15-minute drive to Naousa 18-minute drive from Paros Airport
