It consists of 2 large bedrooms, one (master bedroom) has its own bathroom with shower and another bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. Also, every space such as a living room-kitchen has a modern new air conditioner, as well as every bedroom. The apartment also has autonomous oil heating with simultaneous hot water supply through boiler. The bedrooms have TV and free wifi. It's completely renovated! It also has front, towards the road and the river, small terrace and a landscaped courtyard on the back of the house overlooking the forest of the guard of Trikala.
The house is just 700 m from the central bridge of Trikala and 100 meters from the old town of Trikala, Varousi. Also, in 10 minutes walk, one can visit the zoo as well as enjoy the endless view of all Trikala.
