Εξαιρετική θέα στον Τορωναίο κόλπο και στο παλιό χωριό.Ησυχία,άνετη διαμονή,εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όμορφες παραλίες της Χαλκιδικης,όμορφα ηλιοβασίλεματα.
Ο Αλέξανδρος και η Εύη σας προσφέρουνε ένα μοναδικό και κομψό χώρο, με έπιπλα που συνδυάζουν το μοντέρνο και το παλιό στυλ , εξασφαλίζοντάς σας μια διαμονή με άνεση και πολυτέλεια. Είναι ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι με κλιματισμό, κουζίνα, Wi-Fi, TV, μπάνιο κτλ.
Θα βρείτε δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες. Οι κρεβατοκάμαρες έχουν άνετα διπλά κρεβάτια καθώς επίσης ένας καναπές που μετατρέπεται σε μονό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στο σαλόνι. Υπάρχει επίσης, καθιστικό με τραπεζαρία και τηλεόραση. Επίσης, κουζίνα και μπαλκόνι που μπορείτε άνετα να χρησιμοποιήσετε για να πάρετε το πρωινό σας απολαμβάνοντας την εκπληκτική θέα. Το μπάνιο έχει ντουζιέρα. Η πραγματική απόλαυση όμως συμπληρώνεται με τις δυο αυλές.
Lovely house with breathtaking view over Toronean Gulf and the old village. Exceptionally well located for quiet and comfortable accommodation,in the heart of Chalkidiki.Close to many well known beaches for extraordinarily sunsets!You will have easy access to the sea,the local market,a children's play ground and plenty of restaurants and bars.
Alexandros' & Evis' place is charming and , furnished with carefully selected furniture combined with modern and old fashioned elements. It is a well equipped house with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, tv, ect.. in Nikiti, in the heart of Chalkidiki.
You will find two bedrooms . The bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the living room couch can turn into a comfortable one single bed. There is also, a living room with a dining area with a table and a flat TV set. as well as the kitchen, with a balcony where you'll find a table for two where you can have your breakfast. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. The bathroom has a built-in shower.
The real sensation οf the apartment is the two yards. A back yard where the guests can relax and also have their meal at the outside! Also, a front yard in which guest are more that welcome to use the barbecue.
