Είναι ένα ηλιόλουστο και ήσυχο σημείο δίπλα από τη θάλασσα, Το κέντρο της Καλαμάτας απεχει περίπου στα 10 χλμ και οι τουριστικές περιοχές της μανης (Καρδάμυλη , Στούπα , κτλπ ) γύρω στα 35 λεπτά πράγμα που το καθιστά ιδανικό σημείο για αναψυχή και ηρεμία μακριά από την βαβούρα αλλά και τόσο κοντά για να επισκεφθεί κανείς τα αξιοσημείωτα μέρη του τόπου ! Ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή και ζευγάρια που θέλουν να περάσουν τις διακοπές σε ένα εξοχικό το οποίο κυριολεκτικά μπορείς να πηγαινοέρχεσαι με το μαγιό και να έχεις μια πανέμορφη θάλασσα μέσα στα πόδια σου ! Όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα οι χώροι πάντοτε απολυμαίνεται κατά την αναχώρηση και πριν από την άφιξη !
Χαίρεται , ονομάζομαι Αλέξανδρος και εργάζομαι ως μάγειρας , είμαι 28 χρονών και πρόσφατα κατάφερα να πάρω τα 2 καταλύματα με στόχο να βελτιώνομαι καθημερινά και να κάνω την εμπειρία των επισκεπτών μου όσο το δυνατών πιο άνετη ! Για οποιαδήποτε απορία και διευκρίνιση των επισκεπτών μου υπάρχει άμεση ανταπόκριση. Εξίσου παίρνω πολύ σοβαρά τις επισημάνσεις όλων διότι βοηθάει και εμένα στην εξέλιξη προς την καλύτερη φιλοξενία που είναι ο κύριος στόχος ! Ευχαριστώ θερμά όλους σας και εύχομαι υγεία μέσα από την καρδιά μου !
Είναι μια ήσυχη γειτονιά , υπάρχει πολύ μεγάλος χώρος για πάρκινγκ στα 60-100 μέτρα μπροστά στη θάλασσα , η θάλασσα δε , είναι από τις πιο καθαρές που θα έχετε συναντήσει! Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση έχει μίνι μάρκετ ταβέρνες και beach bar.
