La Residenza is situated in the valley of Nafplion, the first capital of Greece. Villa La Residenza, boasts views that have remained unchanged for many years. It's the breathtaking 180° panorama that guests can enjoy from La Residenza of the main terrace – one that takes in the entire valley and the Fortress of Nafplion. Set within its own grounds, surrounded by olive trees and vegetation and away from prying eyes, Villa La Residenza has its own private access and plenty of parking space. Perfect for a discreet stay away, it's a place where you can really unwind, recharge your batteries, and soak up this extraordinary, idyllic setting. A 10-meter pool runs along the huge terrace, adding a joyrful, serene touch. Thanks to its close proximity to the old city of Nafplion, guests staying here, can also take advantage of all the city's services and head to the restaurants, bars, or shops should they wish and to visit the numerous ancient and midieval monuments of the area.
