Two bedrooms float on a mezzanine over the sea. A master bedroom with a double bed and a couch at the back transforms into a normal single bed for a child or a baby cot can host 3 guests. The second bedroom with two separate single beds join into a king-size bed for a couple. Whereas one adult or two kids can enjoy the open plan feeling of the living room on a middle level without walking up the stairs. On the ground floor, there is the living area with a flat-screen TV, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities you may need for a comfortable and easy stay. Fridge - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, dishes & utensils are included. This level has direct access to the main terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing in the comfortable sunbeds and loungers. The development of the property in levels enforces the impermeable view of the sea. Mild Mediterranean climate permits stay during the whole year. Flexible furniture arrangements follow the sun in order to absorb its beneficial energy in an eco-friendly sustainable building that reduces energy consumption and allows maximum comfort even in high or low temperatures.
Marathi is situated at the peninsula of Akrotiri, just 18 kilometers from the city center, 15 kilometers lm from Chania’s National airport I. Daskalogiannis and 17 kilometers from the Port of Souda. Two different roads connect it with Chania, one directly to the city and a new build that leads to the airport through an unbuilt, rocky and dry landscape.   Its location at the edge of the bay of Souda overlooks the mountains ridge of the opposite shore with turquoise blue waters in between. Marathi is a summer resort that gains the increasing attention of locals in the last years. Two sandy beaches circling a small harbor, provide all the necessary amenities. Their shallow waters make the area especially friendly for kids and families and its orientation protects it from the winds that blow often at the north side of the island. Restaurants and taverns surround this natural setting with excellent quality food and seafood, covering a wide range of tastes. The atmosphere has an eclectic and vivid character but not a touristic, noisy vibe. As it's getting dark and it becomes more peaceful, the twinkling lights of the opposite shore in the evening create a unique backdrop.
