However the house is not situated directly on the shore, you can admire Ionian Sea from the cliffs walking 300 m away breathing fresh air saturated with the scent of the mediterranean green forest even in a hot summer. Strategic location of the house is advantage for those who want to visit the most famous west beaches of Lefkada with their turquoise water ( named also Mediterranean Caribic ) or stunning sunsets on the horizon. As you may see on the map, it is on an accessible distance to Porto Katsiky, Egremni, Gialos, Megali Petra, Avali, Kathisma and Milos beaches. This accommodation is suitable for those who wants to discover not only the commercial face of the Island, but the secrets of mountain villages , monasteries and simply all interesting and attractive places that Lefkada offers.

We are Livia and Oliver, our story in Greece began in 2013 when we saw Lefkada for the first time. We knew at once this island was a love for first sight. And so it is up till now. Lefkada with it's climate is ideal not only for see bathing but also for hiking, cycling, water sports and most of outdoor activities, simply for people, who want spend the day not only lying on the beach, but exploring the diverse beauty of Lefkada. And in our case the truth is, it was impossible to reach it during the short visits. We began to think about buying a house here and it was Komilio that won.

The villa is the spacious place with maximum convenience for four person with two separated bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor and the large dayroom with a kitchen and another bathroom on the first floor. In addition there is comfortable sofa that may be used also for sleeping of the fifth (sixth) person. There are two terraces in the house. One covered on the second floor, which is the place giving you the opportunity for the evening parties or protected from the sun drinking cold wine and viewing the attractive landscape around. Second terrace is opened continuing from the dayroom. In front of the house is the free parking place for your cars. It is big enough for the scooter or 4wheeler from the nearest rent in Vasiliky. The playground for basketball is right next to. The local food specialties are waiting for you in a near village Chortata. Every day in the morning comes the car with delicious bread and pastry from the local “furnos”( bakery). Or the fisherman, or the vendor with fresh vegetables and fruits…Do not forget to buy a local olive oil or a thymian honey, they say it makes you healthy and young till your 100 year.
