“Das persönlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer grünen(!) Umgebung mit grandiosem Ausblick ... mitten in der Natur(!), daher auch nur ein "Schotterweg" vom/zum Haus! Wer die totale Entschleunigung sucht ist hier richtig!”

I am an original "Münchner Kind´l" and live with my husband, two children and a dog in Munich. I've been with the state capital of Munich for 25 years. First I worked as an educator, later as a manager in the municipal daycare centers, and have recently been organizing 13 daycare centers in East Munich. As a family, we spend a lot of our free time in nature and enjoy all the cultural offerings of the city. Since the mountains are not far from Munich, we enjoy the Alpine foothills with the mountains and beautiful swimming lakes, especially in summer and autumn. Since my husband comes from Peru and grew up by the sea and I was already out in the mountains as a child, Villa Kukuweia combines both preferences. The view of the sea and the White Mountains at the same time.
The beach at Almyrida is only 5 minutes away. Almyrida has mini markets, pharmacies, bakeries and many cafes and taverns along the coast. The small coastal town of Kalives is a 10 minute drive from the property, and has a great sandy beach and all the necessary shops and amenities. The distance to the center of Chania and the airport are 35 and 40 minutes by car.
