Located at Syntagma area, the best spot for exploring Athens, our short stay studios are newly renovated, sunny, air-conditioned and clean. The apartment is in the heart of Athens. All major sites and some of the most well-known coffees, restaurants and bars are within 2-10 minutes walking distance. In this place, you will find the finest quality of Coco-mat® towels and linens, free high speed Wi-Fi, iron board, hair dryer, kitchen equipped with stovetop, toaster, refrigerator and coffee maker. Particular in rooms 3 & 4 you will find the finest quality of Coco-mat® bed, mattress. We are happy to offer you flexible check in or check out according to your needs. This depends on availability of the flat (if there is a guest before or after you), due to necessary time for cleaning the place. Otherwise, check in is 13.00 o'clock and check out at 11:00. We like welcoming and meeting people from all over the world. We are always available to assist, advice and help with any question or query. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
