Apartment on the 3rd floor with a spacious balcony, 300m from the sea in a quiet neighborhood.
The location is 10 minutes away from the Train station, 7 minutes from the Marina and 12 minutes from the Port.
The area is filled with seafood taverns and restaurants since it's a coastal urban area.
The sea is accessible to all for swimming, fishing and all activities.
Also , the area has 2 public playgrounds for kids and 1 public football field 5x5.
Urban and tour buses pass outside of the apartment
I have a passion for tourism and hospitality and a drive to give everything that my country has to offer as a unique experience in culinary, sighseeing, history and memorable moments.
It's a coastal urban area, very quiet with a magnificent view of the sea.
It's filled with seafood taverns and Restaurants but also cafeterias, bakeries and a fresh market every Saturday morning.
