This 2nd floor spacious apartment with a spacious elevator is 110 sqm and in a new luxurious building with an open view to the Sea of Thessaloniki. There are 2 bedrooms, a big living room with a large balcony in front of the sea and two balconies that have a garden view and also a view to the green hills that surround us . Also there is outdoor furniture on all of the three balconies. The Airport is 15 minutes driving distance far, whilst the city center is about 50 minutes’ drive. The bus station is only 2 minutes on foot. The apartment is located in Agia Triada just next to the great 5*Santa Wellness Spa Hotel (3 minutes on foot Close to the apartment are supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, cafes, restaurants and taverns.
My name is Kalliopi, but people call me Kalli, I was born in 1965 in Thessaloniki I'm an Agronomist working in the public sector for over 3 decades, my Master is on environmental management and sustainability. I speak fluently English and German. I'm a mother of three children.
The neighborhood is really full of trees and beautiful buildings.The neighborhood is very quiet in winter periods but in the summer period it gets very touristic!!! You can swim every day in the sea for at least 6 months a year.
