Δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ , φούρνους , εμπορικά καταστήματα , καφετέριες , εστιατόρια , κέντρα αισθητικής . Επίσης σχεδόν δίπλα λειτουργεί θερινό σινεμά λαϊκή αγορά παζάρι κάθε Τετάρτη ενώ σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση βρίσκεται το Νοσοκομείο Αγίου Νικολάου το Μουσείο αλλά και πολλά υπαίθρια πάρκινγκ. Στην κοινόχρηστη ταράτσα του κτηρίου θα απολαύσετε μια υπεροχή μαγευτική θέα τόσο την ημέρα όσο και τη νύκτα όπου με ηρεμία μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε στις ξαπλώστρες που είναι διαθέσιμες στο χώρο αυτό.
