A taste of local life on Corfu with the comfort of your own house. Meraki is a single-family home offering you privacy among the olive trees, yet it's just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and other main attractions. Popular villages Arillas and Sidari are also nearby. Our pedal bikes (2) are available for use.
My partner and I love to travel - taking in the culture, trying local food, exploring the landscape, shopping, arts, etc. - it's about immersing ourselves in the place we're staying. We are hosts and frequent guests, well aware of both the benefits and challenges of renting property. We try to be respectful and appreciative of the opportunities from those who share their homes and aim to make our guest's experiences equally as enjoyable. While we're happy to connect with our guests and offer local recommendations, we'll likely be traveling as well so our interactions are limited.
Meraki is in a traditional neighborhood, set off the beaten tourist path. Our house is primarily surrounded by trees & farmland. Set in Agios Stefanos, the house is within walking distance to Arillas, 15 min. drive to Sidari, and 25 min. drive to Acharavi. Agios Stefanos beach (chairs and umbrellas pre-set for rent) is a 10min. walk (house to sand) and the beach center with restaurants, shops, and bars is about 7min. walk. Many visitors also rent cars, mopeds, quads, and electric bikes. Let us know if you want a rental recommendation - car drop-off and pickup at the house is available OR a rental place close to the airport.
