Entering from the main entrance of the holiday home, you are greeted by a lush garden with lawn and trees, two colorful hammocks, a stone fountain and a covered barbecue, which can be used by guests. Then we go from private access to the studio, where it is independent of the main house. There is another lush garden with lawn and trees, a private courtyard and three mountain bikes for free use. The first breakfast is provided free of charge. There is a large bottle of bottled water, local wine, soft drinks and beers free of charge. Greek, French coffee and green tea are also free. Free olive oil for cooking in the studio electric stove.
I am willing to help with anything my guests need.
Access to the sea is on foot (100m), where there are four beach bars with free sunbeds, coffee, drinks and food. The neighborhood is quiet and sparsely populated, there are nearby supermarkets, hairdressers, cafes, restaurants, and the main beach of the village for your evening out. Getting around the center is easy on foot (15 min), by bike (5 min) or by car (2 min). There is a coastal route for walking or cycling, and nearby transport for transportation to other locations and beaches of Evia.
