In this lovely, newly constructed villa the stylish rooms create a minimalist backdrop for you to take in the amazing sea views. The high ceilings, skylight and large windows allow the living room to transmit an airy feeling. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen which surely inspires you to create and enjoy amazing meals. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower and one with two single beds that convert to a double. The third bathroom is shared and offers a shower as well. Without a doubt, this unique property represents a delectable balance of modern desing and taste. All of our beds provide the well-known Simmons high quality mattresses so that the guests experience a true feeling of relaxation. The villa also offer a private pool with sea view!

Just a few minutes driving distance from the North part of the island, Niova villa is the perfect base for you to explore this lovely destination.
