Niovi Seaside Suites are brand new 2017 luxurious villas, located 30 kilometers west of Chania, 4 kilometers East of Kissamos in the middle of the bay a few steps from the sea. The location is ideal for someone to visit the world-famous beaches of Balos, Falarsana and Elafonissos. There is an external swimming pool, while the property is next to the sea. The property also has free parking area.
The location of the villa is perfect for ecotourism, outdoor activities and for exploring the beauties of Crete.
