Welcome to Oliva Emerald Villa, a unique off-grid escape nestled on a stunning 15-acre hillside estate overlooking the Aegean Sea. In the back yard, you'll find a small open-air gym, so you can stay active while immersed in nature. Inside, the 135 m² villa is thoughtfully laid out for both comfort and function: -The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, a large bathroom, and a master bedroom with a private en-suite and walk-in closet, as well as a second bedroom with a bunk bed. -The upper floor offers a spacious 50 m² master suite with a double bed and two sofa beds, ideal for families or small groups. The villa is 100% energy self-sufficient, powered entirely by solar energy—designed for eco-conscious travelers who want to enjoy Crete while minimizing their footprint. Please note that there is no air conditioning, in line with the home’s off-grid design. However, the villa’s elevation, thick stone walls, and natural ventilation keep it pleasantly cool during most seasons. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials: gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, espresso and French press coffee makers, toaster, hairdryer, and steam iron. A solar water heater ensures hot water is always available.
