Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) under sunset skies. The property lays in 350sqm outdoor area with captivating grounds and within walking distance to the sea, restaurants & shops. Secure parking space & Electric Vehicle Charger. Two more guests can be accommodated - one on the couch of the living room & one on a folding bed that can be provided upon request in the living room area. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
