Property information
Welcome to Pezoules House, a complex of three houses in Lefkes, the most picturesque village on Paros. This hidden paradise in a superb Mediterranean setting is a unique place to stay, offering tranquillity and a magnificent view. Its name, Pezoules (terraces), derives from its location, sitting along a pair of terraces and lying opposite the best-preserved terraces on Paros. From its verandas, you can enjoy a 180-degree view of Lefkes, the hillside with its windmills, the sea, and Naxos Island.
Pezoules House II unfolds in two levels and covers a total area of 200 m², composed of a kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms (20-25 m² each), and a laundry room. It also offers 300 m² of private outdoor terraces with a swimming pool, gardens, and outdoor dining areas with pergolas. From its verandas, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view that starts at the village of Lefkes, continues along the hillside with its terraces, windmills, and Byzantine road, and ends at the sea with the island of Naxos in the distance.
Inspired by Cycladic traditional architecture (natural materials, small openings for doors and windows, 60 cm thick stone walls, bathrooms and staircases made of polished cement screed), but also featuring some modern touches (Wi-Fi in every room, thermally insulated windows and doors, all equipped with mosquito nets, independent hidden AC in every room, modern kitchen with Bosch appliances, Grohe bathroom fixtures, infinity pool, etc.), this property combines contemporary architectural trends with the comfort of refined simplicity and elegant aesthetics.
Neighbourhood information
The Pezoules House complex is located in Lefkes, the most well-preserved traditional village of Paros, 10 km from Parikia (the main port), 12 km from Naoussa (the second port), 20 km from the airport, and 4 km from the eastern shores of Paros.
Pezoules House II is part of the Pezoules House Estate, which is composed of three independent houses. Each house has its own access, private swimming pool, and outdoor areas with gardens and traditional pergolas providing shaded retreats.
Guests have access to the house through a common area where the covered parking space is located, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The gardens contain examples of all the local flora—from olive and cypress trees to grapevines, fruit trees, herbs, sweet-smelling shrubs, and a multitude of flowers. It is almost like a botanical garden, allowing you to experience Cycladic nature up close.
