PineParkView is a 1st floor corner apartment 30m2 with 2 balconies in front of a central pine park. Free parking is offered in the ground floor. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a small kitchen and a bathroom. It has 2 inverter air conditions , liquified natural gas heating system, 24h hot water, smart TV, Wi-Fi , electrical devices and everything needed for a pleasant stay.
It will be great honor and happiness if you choose my apartment for your stay. I will be at your disposal for any information you need. I will be waiting at the apartment to show your parking space to you, give you the keys,welcome and thank you!
The apartment is situated in front of a park, offering pleasant view and opporunities for a relaxing walk or kids fun at the playground. Nearby you can find a bakery shop and a mini market cafe. A few meters away, pointing south to the center, you can find a well-known greek fast food, a drugstore and a super market. The apartment is very close to the center of the town, a few minutes walking to everywhere, saving valuable time on your precious holidays.
