My name is Athanasios, i come from a small town in Greece, and i have studied abroad in Slovakia. I am travelling every time i find the opportunity so i can understand the importance of a comfortable place to sleep that would feel like home. The house is carefully designed to serve every need of the visitors. Two Bedrooms with either 2 double, or 1 double and 2 single beds, plus 1 extra foldable bed can accommodate comfortably up to 4-5 people. 1 bathroom with shower plus 1 WC will cover the needs of all people living in the house. The surrounding area consists of 1000 sq.m. of grass, wonderful plants, BBQ area, private parking all next to a huge densely vegetated area of beautiful trees!l

Neighbourhood information

200m away you will find a great, sandy, almost private beach, as not a lot of people know it. Beach offers great natural shadow from trees that reach to the coast! 2min drive from the villa you can reach Kriopigi the closest village which offers variety of supermarkets, great Greek Taverns, Pharmacy and an organised beach with beach bar, umbrellas, beach volley court and many more. 5min drive away you will reach Kalithea with its famous and prestigious Nightlife! Also Supermarkets, Taverns, Children's playgrounds In a range of 10-15 km you can reach dozens of exquisite, organised (or not if you wish) beaches with Chalkidiki's crystal-clear waters! Thessaloniki's airport is only 40 min drive! Neighborhood is really quite, with some other villas around, easily accessible by car, which is advised to have as the public transportation is not very helpful.
