Our light-filled home is nestled among the olive trees of Lygia – a peaceful village where the sea breeze tells its stories and the sunlight dances on the walls. It’s a place to arrive, feel at ease, and breathe deeply. 👉 Good to know: Tap water is not suitable for drinking – please use bottled water from the supermarket. Occasional water outages are part of everyday life in Greece. To ensure you’re always well supplied, there is a 1,000-liter water tank that is regularly refilled. About the Area Lygia is a charming and peaceful fishing village on the island of Lefkada – perfect for travelers looking to relax in a natural and authentic setting. Surrounded by olive groves, green hills, and the shimmering blue Ionian Sea, it offers a tranquil escape from everyday life. The nearest beach is just 600 meters away – ideal for a morning swim or a sunset walk. Along the picturesque harbor, you’ll find cozy tavernas serving fresh seafood, local wines, and traditional Greek dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with the true spirit of Greek hospitality. Lygia has everything you need within walking distance: small grocery stores, a bakery with fresh bread and pastries, ice cream shops, and welcoming cafés. Whether you're picking up breakfast or enjoying a coffee by the sea, everything feels close and easy. Just 5 km away is Lefkada Town, offering a wider range of shops, restaurants, museums, and vibrant nightlife. 10 km away is Nidri, where you can take boat trips to the nearby islands of Meganisi, Skorpios, Ithaka, and Kefalonia.
