"We welcome you to our place, which we have taken care of so that you have a pleasant stay. The rooms and the whole house are newly built and completed in 2022. We are located 200 meters from the center of Neos Marmaras and 200 meters from the main beach, in a quiet neighborhood that gives you access to souper market, restaurants, cafes, bars and entertainment venues just 5 minutes walking.Upon your arrival you will be fully informed.
