Welcome to our Sea apartment! Our apartment has an excellent location, on couple of steps from the beach of Perea, as well as from the city center. Our place is bright and cozy. It is newly renovated and fully equipped. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. The apartment has a very nice open space structure and it is decorated with attention to the smallest detail. A common space consists of a kitchen, sitting area and a sofa bed for 2 persons. A big bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and wardrobes, which you may use for your clothes. One of the best amenities of the apartment is our long spacious terrace, that connects both rooms and brings a nice partial sea view.

Sea Apartment is perfectly positioned, just a stone's throw away from the sandy beaches of Perea. Perea is a lovely suburb area of Thessaloniki, situated only 25km away from the center and 10km away from the Thessaloniki Airport. Proximitiy to the beach will allow you to spend your days lounging in the sun, swimming in the clear blue waters, or strolling along the vibrant waterfront promenade. Travellers with kids will find it perfect for sandcastle building, beachcombing, and paddling in the shallow waters. With an array of cafes, restaurants, and shops just around the corner, you'll have everything you need within easy reach (including pharmacies, bakeries, banks etc). For those coming with little ones, within just a short walk from the apartment, you'll find a spacious playground where children can run, jump, and play to their heart's content. Travellers looking to explore further afield, Thessaloniki city center is just a short drive away. Over the course of summer, boat ferry rides to Thessaloniki are offered daily. Discover the city's rich history and cultural heritage, visit iconic landmarks such as the White Tower and the Archaeological Museum, or simply wander the charming streets and soak up the atmosphere. After a day of exploration, take your place in one of the beachfront caffees and watch the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of pink and gold—a perfect end to a perfect day on the coast of Perea.
