🌅 The Villa is located inside a green land by the sea in Marathi, Crete Greece. 🇬🇷 The region is called Marathi Village, 14 kms from Chania City Center. Cosy Home is single-storey house of 85 m2 within a land of 1500 m2. The house can accommodate up to 6 individuals. 🧹🧽 Cleaning Advanced Standards: We follow Protocol for Deep Cleaning to All Furnitures and House Areas.

🌅 The villa is located inside a green land by the sea, in Marathi, Crete, Greece. The beautiful Marathi can be reached by driving for 15 minutes either from the city center 🏙️, or from the port 🚢, or from the airport ✈️ of Chania as it is located between them. 🌍 On the map you will find it at the southeastern tip of the Akrotiri peninsula. The first thing you will encounter when you get there, are two exceptionally beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, which are separated by a picturesque harbor. 💦 The waters are quite shallow, and this makes them ideal for children. Marathi is ideal if you want to sunbathe 🏖️, as its beaches are south facing, and you do not need to constantly turn your deck chair following the movement of the sun. If you are a good swimmer and do not like the crowds, you can find in Marathi more remote rocky beaches with deep waters, where you can go fishing 🎣, snorkeling or diving🤿. At about 600 meters there is a rocky islet with special fauna and flora that if you are adventurous, you can approach it by swimming or renting a pedal boat 🚣 from the shops on the beach. 👉🏻 Some days water sports are organized on the beach by various clubs.
