Καθιστούν την διαμονή στον χώρο μας αξέχαστη εμπειρία . Η φιλική ατμόσφαιρά και οι σύγχρονες ανέσεις που παρέχονται στο SELI αποτελούν την κορυφαία εμπειρία διακοπών , χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Το SELI είναι χτισμένο σε μια προνομιούχα θέση , σε ένα φυσικό <<μπαλκόνι>> , από το οποίο μπορεί κάποιος να αντικρίσει την απέραντη θέα στο Λιβυκό πέλαγος , όπως και τις νότιες πλαγιές του όρους Δίκτη.

Η ιδιοκτήτρια κα Τσικρικωνάκη Κατερίνα είναι ηλικίας 66 ετών , μητέρα 2 παιδιών και 6 εγγονιών . Είναι μια γυναίκα επιχειρηματίας , αυτοδημιούργητη με έντονη προσωπικότητα . Παράλληλα πολύ φιλική και κερδίζει κατευθείαν τον κάθε επισκέπτη με το ταπεραμέντο της . Αγαπάει την μαγειρική , την κηπουρική και την φροντίδα των κατοικίδιών της . Έχοντας ταξιδέψει και εργαστεί για πολλά χρόνια στο εξωτερικό γνωρίζει πολύ καλά τι χρειάζεται ο κάθε φιλοξενούμενος . Το μεράκι και η αγάπη για την Κρητική Φιλοξενία και τις παραδόσεις του τόπου της την ώθησαν να δημιουργήσει το SELI , θέλοντας να τα προσφέρει απλόχερα στους πελάτες της . Σκοπός της είναι ο κάθε επισκέπτης να νοιώσει σαν το σπίτι του και αναχωρώντας από το SELI να έχει τις καλύτερες αναμνήσεις .

Το SELI βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 60 χλμ. νοτιοανατολικά του Ηρακλείου και 2 χλμ ανατολικά από τον οικισμό της Άνω Βιάννου , ακριβώς δίπλα στο Μνημείο των Πεσόντων στα Αμιρά Βιάννου . Η τοποθεσία είναι κομβικής σημασίας λόγω του ότι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 30' από το νέο διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο Κρήτης στο Καστέλλι Πεδιάδος το οποίο είναι υπό κατασκευή με πιθανό χρόνο λειτουργίας το 2027. Στην παρούσα φάση το κοντινότερο αεροδρόμιο είναι το Ν. Καζαντζάκης στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης . Κοντά στο SELI βρίσκονται οι παρακάτω ξακουστοί προορισμοί : - Ομαλός σε 20' - Κερατόκαμπος - Καστρί και η ξακουστή παραλία του <Ληστή- Σκούρος> σε 20' - Άρβη σε 15' - Τσούτσουρος σε 30' - Ψαρή Φοράδα και Τέρτσα σε 30' - Ιεράπετρα σε 45' και με καραβάκι σε απόσταση 25' το νησι <Χρυσή> - Άγιος Νικόλαος/ Ελούντα και το νησί Σπηναλόγκας σε 60'
