This beautiful property is located in the village of Kalithies. The property is over 100 years' old and has been recently fully renovated to a high standard. Faliraki is only 5 minutes drive away, with the historical Medieval Town of Rhodes is approximately a 25 minute drive away. The space The house is split into two levels; the ground floor area consists of a living room with double sofa bed, traditional fire place and Smart TV, as well as a double bedroom with a en-suite shower room. The first floor consists of a traditional fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances: fridge freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There is also a WC upstairs. There is also a terrace with traditional stone BBQ and dining area. The house has free wireless internet and Netflix included. Every room has air conditioning. Guest access Free parking is readily available behind the property. There are local buses to Faliraki and Rhodes Town.

The village of Kalithies is situated a 5 minute drive to Falaraki and the beaches its a traditional village with tavernas bars and a great bakers butchers and small grocery shops.
