Equipped with impressive fixed glass panels to enjoy the stunning view of the garden and the property's pool, as well as the broader green surroundings of the area. The villa's outdoor space will enchant you. It has a 25-square-meter pool accompanied by two stone shelters with sunbeds and a dining area. Lawn, palm trees, and many other trees, such as orange, mandarin, and olive trees, complement the beautiful landscape. The villa features a mini soccer field, a mini basketball court, a playground, a barbecue area, and fitness accessories. For your convenience, the villa provides 4 covered parking spaces.

Enjoy a unique stay at Rafaelia Premium Villa, a brand-new stone villa of 170 square meters built on a lush 2500-square-meter estate. The villa is situated in a carefully chosen spot in the beautiful and quiet village of Drepano, just a few minutes by car from Nafplio (10 km), 80 meters from the village's central square, and only 750 meters from the large and pristine Plaka beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. The villa's location is ideal for visiting the archaeological sites of Mycenae, Tiryns, the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, and the Temple of Zeus in Nemea. Additionally, it is an ideal location to enjoy lovely walks in the tourist resort of Tolo (2 km), Vivari with its wonderful beach with crystal-clear waters where you can enjoy fresh fish by the sea (1.5 km), and the popular Kondyli beach (2.5 km). Drepano is an area of rare natural beauty where you can walk and enjoy the lagoon and the picturesque harbor of Agios Spyridonas. The area has large supermarkets, traditional taverns, and cafes.
