Villa Sunny Hanioti is a premium holiday Villa, with a solar heated pool, within the Sunny Villas Resort and Spa, Complex, located on the most popular peninsula of Halkidiki, near Hanioti village. Nestling on the slope of a hill overlooking Toroneos Bay in a green, verdant and tranquil environment, secluded but close to the local beach and all amenities. It offers magnificent views, where you can idle hours away watching the vivid blue sky mingling perfectly with the iridescent blue sea.

Villa Sunny Hanioti features a small private garden with a pool; it is air-conditioned and accommodates 4 - 5 guests in one double bedroom and a twin. The Main bedroom is set on the middle floor and boasts an en-suite shower; the second is a twin bedroom in the loft.
