My wife and I oversee this, our personal, family business. Our Kassiopi Corfu villas and apartments were designed by us, built by us and now, rented by us. The genuine love we have for our properties means they are well looked after. Plus, there doesn’t exist a more knowledgeable point of contact for any help or assistance should you need it. And that point of contact is always close by as we live and work in Kassiopi

BRAND NEW, FULLY REFURBISHED AND REDISGNED RENTAL. The Central Residence by Kassiopi Corfu Villas is located on the first floor of a large, two storey private property. With it’s mix of different suites on offer, you are sure to find one that suits your needs. Each suite enjoys it’s own private outdoors space but also get the shared use of both a large pool in the opposite rental accommodation plus our unique, roof top garden. With 360′ views stretching out over Kassiopi village, the Byzantium Castle, the sea and Albanian mountains beyond, this is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy life. As the name suggests, The Central Residents is in a great, central spot. In 150m you reach Kassiopi’s main square. From here stroll a further 100m to the main beach of Kassiopi or in the opposite direction to the beautiful Harbour of Kassiopi. A great centralized spot to enjoy everything Kassiopi has to offer as you want it, when you want it.

Neighbourhood information

The Central Residence apartments enjoy the much wanted serenity of a secluded location with the convenience of having close proximity to Kassiopi’s village centre and Kassiopi harbour. No car is neccessary and everything is on a flat, easy, well-lit walking distance. A quiet area of Kassiopi village populated by only a few locals in small, one or two storey buildings and other small scale rentals.
