The studio is located in Kipoupoli, a peaceful residential area just a short walk from Kalamitsa Beach. Here you’ll find all the essentials close by — cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and local shops — while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere away from the bustle of the city centre. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and experience Kavala like a local.
