New modern and luxury apartment 140 m2 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, renovated the last years. The apartment dispose interior jacuzzi and exterior private pool with four seats hydromassage, corner couch and sunbeds with nice view to the sea. Also dispose 3 big (55''-40'') led smart tvs with satellite channels and Netflix, free bicycles and free private parking. The apartment is located at the coastal road of Chania town which connect the old with the new town. It is a independent apartment with independent entrance (not in apartment building) and is located at ground floor. The sea is right across (only 20 meters) and the nearest, famous with blue flag beach (nea chora) is 100 meters away. Over there you may find many taverns, cafes and mini market. The old town is only 900 meters away. Free private car parking.
