Το Varveri's House είναι ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο παραθαλάσσιο κατάλυμα τριών ορόφων, για διακοπές στη Νικήτη Χαλκιδικής.
Στο ισόγειο του διαθέτει κουζίνα με εστίες και φούρνο, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, βραστήρα, καφετιέρα, φραπιέρα, τοστιέρα-γκριλιέρα, 2 ψυγεία και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Επίσης, στο ισόγειο θα βρείτε μια τραπεζαρία, καρεκλάκι με τραπεζάκι μωρού, καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε 2πλό κρεβάτι και επίπεδη τηλεόραση.
Στον πρώτο όροφο θα βρείτε ένα μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπεζαρία, ένα άνετο σαλόνι και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, τα οποία είναι εξοπλισμένα με 2 καναπέδες, επίπεδη τηλεόραση, διπλό κρεβάτι, ντουλάπα ρούχων και μπαλκόνι.
Στον δεύτερο όροφο υπάρχουν 2 υπνοδωμάτια. Το πρώτο διαθέτει μονό κρεβάτι, ντουλάπα ρούχων, συρταριέρα και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι. Το δεύτερο διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, ντουλάπα ρούχων και μπαλκόνι.

Πριν από 20 χρόνια ήρθαμε για πρώτη φορά στη Νικήτη, ερωτευτήκαμε τις υπέροχες παραλίες της, την κοσμική ζωή στο κάτω χωριό, τα πετρόχτιστα σπίτια και τα παραδοσιακά σοκάκια στην Άνω Νικήτη. Αυτή είναι και η μαγεία της Νικήτης ότι παντρεύει το χθες με το σήμερα. Τότε αποφασίσαμε να στήσουμε εδώ το δικό μας σπιτικό με πολύ αγάπη.
