Villa Polios is located in the village of Kampiana Chania in a forest of olive trees, our grandfather's house built with stone in 1954 and completely renovated in 2018 with all modern conveniences.
It is 12 km from Paleochora and 82 km from Chania Airport, and is at 500m altitude. The villa comprises 1 bedroom with air conditioning, dining room, fireplace, kitchen, and a huge yard of 150 sq.m. with barbecue overlooking the mountain.
The property is surrounded by a 6-acre estate with 40 olive trees and small vineyard.
