The energy operation of the house is based on photovoltaic, while the wells and rainwater collection tanks are utilized for its water supply. Villa Stella is located in 10 acres of arable land, with trees such as olive trees, lemon trees and other fruits. From her garden you can get your tomatoes and peppers for your salad. It is a home that nature lovers and those looking for relaxation and absolute privacy will love. If you just want to relax during your vacation, you can enjoy your swim in the beautiful pool of Villa Stella, exclusively for you and your family. A swimming pool that on one side of the walls has been preserved and the rocks of the mountain are visible and in which you can enjoy, in addition to your swimming, the unrestricted view of the Aegean.
