Located in Platis Gialos, one of the most peaceful places in Kalymnos, in the heart of the Dodecanese islands, this newly renovated 3-bedroom villa is the perfect place to relax and discover the island's natural beauty. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view and sunsets from the comfort of your private pool or one of the different balconies. The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms out of which 2 have their private balcony with sea view! Platis Gialos beach is 10 minutes away by walk and Kantouni beach is 20 minutes away. The living area is spacious and every room has a balcony with a breathtaking sea view and sunsets. What do we propose? - A spacious villa with 3 bedrooms, out of which 2 have their own terrace with a sea view. All of them possess air conditioning. - 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets - A Spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, micro wave, oven, fridge, freezer. - Free internet - A pool with sea view and a spacious terrace with sunbeds (pool is open between the 10th of May to 31st of oktober. 2 weeks per year the host is present in the property next to the private house and will be using the pool as well. For more information on when the host is present, please contact me) - A small garden with pomegranate tree, palm tree and olive trees - Parking place in front of the house. - Platis gialos beach and Kantouni beach in walking distance. It is possible that the owners are on site in their studio, please contact them if you prefer to be alone.

Platis gialos is one of the most peaceful beaches in Kalymnos. Located 750 meters away from the house, Platis Gialos beach is notorious for its soft black sand and azure clean waters. A tavern stands on the beach, serving snacks and simple dishes. Most importantly, located westwards, Platis Gialos is home to some of the most mesmersunsets on the entire island. But its location also means a refreshing western breeze tempers the summer heat. The neighbourhood is calm, peaceful and ideal for a relaxing holiday by the pool or beach. Platis Gialos beach is merely 10 minutes away on foot and Kantouni beach is 20 minutes away. As Panormos is 15 minutes away on foot, restaurants, cafés, car rentals an other accomodations can be found in a walking distance. The Kalymnos diving center is nearby and other activities such as climbing, kayak, paddle will please everyone looking for an active holiday.
