Inside, you’ll find air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, making the apartment ideal for both short stays and long-term rentals. The décor is light, airy, and inspired by natural tones, reflecting the Caribbean atmosphere. A short walk down the hill leads you to a hidden lagoon with white sand and crystal-clear water, surrounded by mangroves – one of the neighborhood’s true gems. Several local and international restaurants are also within walking distance. We value a peaceful environment for all our guests, which is why parties and loud events are generally not allowed. However, we don’t want to restrict our guests – small gatherings or celebrations can be arranged with prior agreement and respect for other visitors. Just below the property, you’ll find a beautiful lagoon with white sand and crystal-clear water, surrounded by mangroves – an ideal spot for swimming and snorkeling. Several local and international restaurants are within walking distance. By car, you’ll have easy access to Roatán’s most famous beaches – West Bay and West End – as well as the quieter Camp Bay and Paya Bay. Thanks to the hillside location, you can also enjoy breathtaking ocean views and the surrounding nature.
