This beautiful property will leave nothing to be desired. Trust us, as soon as you enter this villa it will be love at first sight! The villa consists of 2 spacious floors. On the first floor there is a large light-flooded living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate tavern at your disposal where the whole group can relax. The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds and 5 bathrooms, which offers enough comfort for 8 people to feel completely at home on vacation. One bedroom and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor and the other 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are on the second floor. For a good start to the day, enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony with a view of the surrounding area. Afterwards you can soak up the sun by your private pool. For extra fun there is a children's playground at your disposal! The children's playground is located 25 meters from the villa, on a separate plot, and offers swings and a trampoline. In the evening you can use the outdoor kitchen and the outdoor dining area. Test your cooking talent and prepare local specialties on the charcoal grill, which you can then enjoy outdoors. Krnica is the place to be if you are looking for peace and quiet, but don't want to be completely isolated. This charming small town is only 3 km away from the nearest beaches. Istria is famous for its beautiful landscape and Krnica will certainly not disappoint you. So take a walk and enjoy the surroundings.
