The property has a large yard with a lot of parking available free of charge. The house consists of 2 floors, on the 1st floor are the hosts and on the 2nd is the studio apartment. The apartment has it's own separate entrance and direct access to the pool which is right in front of it's private terace.
The host has excellent people skills which were honed during his long career in law. He is also highly eloquent English speaker so there will be no problems with communication in any case.
The neighbourhood is quiet, especially considering the fact that the property has no direct neighbours and there is no direct line of sight to the apartment or the terace. The traffic on the road in front of the house can be busy during the summer, however the noise is not noticable from the apartment since it is on the other side of the house.
