Val Apartments are located in Pula, close by seaside and contain two Studio Apartments named: 1. VAL 1 2. VAL 2 3. VAL 3 All are situated in the newly built family House/Villa, which is only 80-100m from the first of many amazing beaches and a 3km seafront walking and running trail. Each Studio Apartment, ****VAL 1 and VAL 2 have their own separate entrances, a shared terrace with a barbecue, and is the perfect fit for 2 people and the possibility of enjoying a nice quiet evening in the backyard. The appartments have a possibility to communicate with each other if requested. For those heated summer days and nights we have equipped both apartments with air-conditioning and a TV. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, and all the basic kitchenware and free WI-FI for you to feel right at home. Longer stays are not an issue and there is no need for you to look for a laundry-room or pack heavy because the apartment has a washing machine and more than enough closet space. Lastly each studio has its own private bathroom that comes with all the basic bathroom and house amenities (towels, hairdryer, ****VAL 3 is new renovated apt, 63m2, on first and last floor, with Sea and Pine wood view, equipped with everything so as VAL1 and VAL2. Has a antique , very fancy Bedroom with large bed 2x2, modern Kitchen, separate Living room with sofa for 2 person, Bathroom and beautiful Terrace from which you can see Sea and Pine wood.
Hi, I am Your host from Pula, Croatia, Vlasta :) Welcome to my humble abode, Val Aprtments/Val1 or Val2, or my House in Premantura. Val apartments got its name from nearest beach named Valkane. I speak English, Italian because, fun fact, Istria is a bilingual region. I also speak a bit of Spanish so that I can talk to my son in law and his parents. I adore photography, travelling and swimming, even in the winter. I hope you will feel right at home at Apartmani Val that you will enjoy the peace and privacy that the house and the surroundings have to offer.
O the nearest neighborhood is Sea and beaches... 500m from House there is Max City; big, new and nice shoping moole. Lot of many good restaurants with meat and fish food are near the House, so as the Pizzeria with the best pizza Napoletana, tennis court and 3.5 km long promenade near the sea cost
