This newly built apartment is situated in Pobri, 5 mins drive to Volosko and Opatija. There is a balcony with a beautiful seaview. It features a large, modern living room, fully equipped luxury kitchen, two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, each bedroom has a private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. There is one separate guest toilet and powder room. The apartment has a laundry with a washing machine. Outside there is a large, 500m2 private garden, with lush, green grass and a trampoline. It also features BBQ facilites and an outdoor setting where you can relax and enjoy the fresh breeze from the lush trees surrounding the property. There is an organic herb garden that you can use and enjoy while staying at our apartment or if you do not feel like cooking, you can visit some excellent restaurants in the nearby town of Volosko. This property is located close to all amenities, with the privacy and outdoor space of a secluded villa.

Visit excellent restaurants with local produce in the nearby seaside town of Volosko, go hiking or visiting the Učka Mountain which is about 20 mins drive from the property, do a daytrip to Istralandia, a large waterpark with lots of fun activities only an hour away or catch a boat to the island of Cres.
